Wizard doesn’t offer refunds or returns for samples, nor do we accept returns for tile purchased from our Overruns Department. Because of the discounted nature of these items, they are sold “as is” and all sales are final. We encourage viewing multiple samples prior to ordering overruns to assure you will love your tile when it arrives.
